(1926-2023)
More about the author...He was born in Grão Mogol, Minas Gerais, on January 8, 1926.
The son of humble, illiterate peasants, his father, Joaquim Damasceno Ferreira, knew the multiplication tables by heart and catechized some rural workers, along with their families.
A few days after the birth of Nelson Damasceno Murça, as he himself wrote, “his spiritual orders multiplied in the field of wisdom, and he, extraordinarily, covered the Earth's orbit with all the secrets of nature, which, summed up in a single word, could only be explained by God.”
As a child, he received constant reprimands and beatings from his mother when he revealed something mysterious, because his mother feared that he would suffer as Jesus Christ suffered and died. She always warned him with the instruction to “listen, learn and keep quiet so that your life will last”.
He tried to pass on what he knew to some of his colleagues in the field, but they only mocked him.
He helped animals that were brutally mistreated in the fields.
Prayer, especially the rosary, was always part of his devotion.
He was his own teacher, using coal and tauá, and making the ground his notebook.
His father, seeing his interest in studies, decided to leave him in a boarding house so that he could study, where he spent a year and a half in a semi-slavery regime, working without respite, being mistreated and eating spoiled food.
He knew several professions without ever having learned from anyone: he made carved oratories, guitars, electrical services, tailoring and civil construction, building his own house in Montes Claros and some churches voluntarily in the municipalities of Barrocão and Grão Mogol.
His frail physique never allowed him to prevented him from working for others.
Since he was a child, God allowed him to see the future that belongs to God Himself, and he helped people all over the world.
Unable to bear the mistreatment of animals, he had to abandon the farm.
Due to speech problems, he was unable to fulfill his dream of being a missionary priest, so he got married and had four children. His wife, distrusting his gifts, rebelled, and so they decided to stay in the same house, but as friends, as they remained for the rest of their lives.
Seeing that there was no acceptance in sharing his knowledge, he began to write a book, Simultaneous Life, in which he defends God and proves His existence. He asked that his writings be distributed free of charge throughout the world.
He died fighting to regularize the 92 acres of land left by his father, Joaquim Damasceno Ferreira in Grão Mogol.
Since he was a child, Nelson Damasceno Murça spent time with his father and helped him with the work on the farm. His father showed him the farms he had acquired and asked him to take care of them whenever he was no longer here.
His father, Joaquim Damasceno Ferreira, through hard work, acquired 3 farms in Grão Mogol (MG), totaling 92 acres. Nelson kept his word until the end of his life, and never broke his word.
However, at a certain point, Joaquim Damasceno's son-in-law began to live on Joaquim's lands, and this son-in-law and his children, in the interest of taking possession of everything, began to spread the word that Joaquim Damasceno had not bought anything and that the deeds were false.
And this dishonest behavior took hold of all the heirs, who instead of fighting this error, began not to want to talk about the subject, in fact, some spread the word at parties in the countryside of Barrocão that their father had left nothing and that Nelson was crazy.
Nelson never stopped fighting, trying to prove the truth until the end of his life, risking his life: as soon as his father's son-in-law Joaquim Damasceno died, Nelson went to the farms and put up 14 plaques, indicating who the real owners were.
After the plaques were put up, the heirs themselves The heirs, out of spite, agreed to destroy them and continued to spread the false rumor that Nelson was crazy.
He continued his fight, writing several articles in newspapers in Montes Claros, warning the heirs of the need to take possession of the lands.
Already very old, he was racing against time, calling the heirs several times, asking them for help, to which they responded that he should leave it alone.
And, as these same heirs wanted, one by one of Nelson's brothers died, leaving everything behind.
In short, out of spite and abnormal behavior that does not come from God, all but two people in the family agreed to be against it.
Nelson also died out of grief, trying to show the truth and asking for his name to be cleared, which was not done by any of the descendants.
I, uncle Nelson's niece, knowing of his honest behavior and his profound lucidity, testify that I knew everything, tried to help him along with my other cousin, but unfortunately the evil had already spread.
